Why Software Sucks – Hilarious book about the reality we live in in respect to software

I run into a book that I could not resist of not buying. This book, written by David S. Platt and the title is very appealing….. Why Software sucks – and what you can do about it. I have been in software product development for almost 20 years and I still get flabbergasted how we sometimes treat our clients and what we expect from them. Every chapter and sub-chapter has an appealing name:
1) Who’re you calling a dummy?
2) Tangled n the web
3) Keep me safe
4) Who the heck are you?
5) Who’re you looking at?
6) Ten thousand geeks, crazed, crazed on jolt cola
7) Who are these crazy bastards anyway?
8) Microsoft: Can’t live with ‘em and can’t live without ‘em
9) Doing something about it

I found this book as a refreshing source that is not as tradtional as many other books that has been written about the topic.
